Do you offer gift options?

A: Yes! All artwork can be shipped directly to gift recipients, and we're happy to include a personalized note with your order. Contact us for special gift arrangements.

What types of artwork do you offer?

What are your price ranges?

Our artwork is thoughtfully priced:
• Art Prints: $25-50
• Studio Archive Collection: $25-45
• Mini-commissions: Starting at $65
• Original Paintings: $250-$2,500

What's the difference between original artwork and prints?

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind, hand-painted pieces, while prints are high-quality reproductions of original works. Each print is carefully produced to maintain the vibrancy and detail of the original piece.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping through Canada Post. All artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat-rate shipping:
• Canada: $25 - $35
• USA: $25
• International: $30

Shipping will be invoiced seperately

How do you package artwork?

• Acid-free protective sleeves
• Rigid backing board
• Bubble wrap protection
• Sturdy shipping tubes or flat mailers

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

While we take extreme care in packaging your artwork, if your piece arrives damaged:
1. Take clear photos of:
• The damaged artwork
• All packaging materials
• Any visible damage to the shipping box
2. Email us immediately at artbykrit@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• The photos
• A brief description of the damage
3. Keep all original packaging materials

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps for replacement or resolution.

Please note: damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for us to process your claim effectively.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork:
• Keep away from direct sunlight
• Store flat or properly mounted
• Handle with clean, dry hands
• Avoid high-humidity areas
• Frame using acid-free materials

COMMISSIONS

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes! Starting April 2025, we'll offer three tiers of micro-commissions:
• Quick Sketch: $65
• Mini Original: $95
• Personal Mini: $125

What's your commission process?

Our commission process includes:
1. Initial consultation to discuss your vision
2. Completion of our detailed commission questionnaire
3. Proposal and pricing confirmation
4. 50% deposit to begin work
5. Progress updates and approval
6. Final payment and delivery
Timeline is typically 2 weeks from approval.

What information do you need for a commission?

For commissions, we'll discuss:
• Size preferences (Small 6x6-8x10, Medium 11x17-18x24, Large 18x24+)
• Medium preference (Acrylic/Oil/Gouache)
• Surface type (Canvas/Wood/Paper)
• Color palette
• Style references
• Timeline and budget
