Return Policy

At Art by Krit, each piece of artwork is carefully created and inspected before shipping. To maintain the quality and integrity of our art pieces, we maintain a strict return policy:

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email clear photos of the damage to artbykrit@gmail.com
• Include your order number and detailed description
• Keep all original packaging materials. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void your claim.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility
• 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

• Custom commissioned artwork
• Original paintings
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items without original packaging
• Items damaged by improper handling
• Items received over 30 days ago

REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds issued only after item is received and inspected
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days
