Refund policy

Returns
Original artwork can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email artbykrit@gmail.com before sending anything back so I can confirm the return.

The painting must come back in its original condition and packaging, shipped tracked and insured. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Your refund (excluding original shipping) is issued to your original payment method within 7 days of the painting arriving back with me.

Damage in transit
If your painting arrives damaged, email photos of the artwork and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and I'll make it right.

Commissions
Custom commissioned pieces are final sale and follow the terms agreed during the commission.
